The issue has been resolved and we are increasing the player limit over the next several minutes.

Identified

The issue has been identified with an upstream provider, and we are working with them to resolve it as soon as possible. The server remains limited at a lower player count in the meantime.

We are currently investigating an issue where proxies are not balancing as expected, in the meantime, we have capped the server player count.
